Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
You will be able to communicate with people from different countries as well as with those who speak your language: we have colleagues and clients all over the world. We will teach you new things and help you grow: one of the largest numbers of promotions in the company falls on our department. Here you can start your journey in Servicology or fall in love with our friendly team and successfully develop your skills in Support. Your main tasks at the position will be to:
- Сonsult clients about our products and services mainly via chats and emails;
- Promptly respond to requests of our clients and help them solve their queries and issues;
- Make researches;
- Make outgoing calls;
- Follow internal rules and standards of customer service;
- Collect feedback from your Clients.
Requirements:
- Ukrainian - Advanced and above;
- English - literate Upper-Intermediate/Advanced and above;
- Ability to work remotely: own PC, stable Internet connection;
- Personal qualities: responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking;
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a rotational schedule, including night shifts;
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist will be an advantage.
