Doumo is a product team with a strong engineering culture. We’ve built a SaaS platform, an all-in-one tool that helps our clients around the world develop their businesses.
Our platform allows small- and mid-sized businesses to automate their workflows. Using our platform, companies can organize their processes and manage internal tasks, as well as communicate with their customers, exchanging messages and documents, invoicing and accepting payments. The platform is implemented in web, desktop and mobile versions, which allows clients to use it on any device, any time.
We are seeking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for development of one specific area of our platform and improve our product.
Our expectations
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager in an IT company.
- Product strategy development skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise product documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of product analysis, as well as analysis and optimization of business processes.
- Good understanding of UX.
- Knowledge of business analysis practices and methodologies, gathering requirements and evaluating solutions.
- Understanding and ability to determine the needs of the customer (business).
- Knowledge of English at the level of intermediate + (we have English-speaking clients).
It will be a plus if you:
- Worked with a product similar to ours (SaaS solutions, e-signature, CRM, etc.);
- Worked with a product that is being promoted in a foreign market;
- Know the features of the modern web;
- Know the technical fundamentals of product development.
